Eating on the Road...?

So what exactly do you eat the while on the road? Something about driving for long periods of time seems to make more foods than normal "OK" to eat. Whether it is due to desperation and lack of funds, or simply being too tired to stop, since I have been interviewing people about their experiences on the road the food choices have been somewhat concerning. Of course, fast-food is a standard decision, but drinking cold Campbell's Soup from a can? Eating cold dogs? What have you resorted to?
